1. Service Delivery

KVN Tool provides a digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) product. Our service is delivered electronically, and access is granted immediately upon successful registration and, for paid plans, successful payment processing.

2. Account Activation

Upon completing the sign-up process and successfully verifying your email address, your KVN Tool account will be activated instantly. You will receive a confirmation email with details on how to log in and get started.

3. Subscription Activation

For paid subscription plans, access to premium features will be granted immediately after your payment is successfully processed by our payment gateway, Razorpay. You will receive a payment confirmation and an invoice for your records via email.

4. No Physical Delivery

As KVN Tool is a purely digital service, there are no physical goods to be shipped or delivered. All services, features, reports, and communications are delivered electronically through our web application and via email.

5. Service Availability

We strive to ensure our service is available 24/7. However, there may be occasional downtime for maintenance, updates, or unforeseeable technical issues. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance of any planned maintenance.
